Wake Up

MindEnergy

Before anything changes, you learn to notice. Two weeks of gentle observation of thoughts, sensations, habits, and the moments your attention leaves the room.

Daily practices

  • Two minutes of stillness before your first task
  • One glass of water before coffee
  • Name your energy level out loud, morning and night

Module 2Days 15 28

Remember Who You Are

Mind

Reconnect with the person underneath the roles. You clarify values, revisit the stories you tell about yourself, and describe the version of you that the next ninety days is for.

Daily practices

  • Write one sentence describing your future self each morning
  • A ten minute walk without your phone
  • Choose one value to lead the day

Rebuild Your Foundation

BodyMind

The structural work. You set a realistic sleep window, define hydration and movement minimums you can hold on a hard day, and rewrite the internal commentary that undermines them.

Daily practices

  • A consistent lights out time, seven nights
  • Hydration target logged daily
  • Ten intentional minutes of movement, non negotiable

  2. 02Which single habit, held for a year, would change the most?
  3. 03What makes your sleep unreliable and what is actually within your control?
  4. 04How does your body tell you it is under fuelled?

Protect Your Energy

Energy

You map what restores you and what quietly drains you, then practise the boundaries, recovery, and environment changes that keep energy from leaking away.

Daily practices

  • One deliberate rest block scheduled each day
  • A three breath pause before responding when tense
  • One small boundary honoured per week

With a foundation in place, you widen the frame: strength and cognitive health, healthy aging, courage in small doses, and the contribution that gives the work meaning.

  • Add resistance or load to your movement twice weekly
  • Learn something deliberately for ten minutes a day
  • One courageous small action per week

Practices turn into standards. You define the way you intend to live, close gaps between stated values and daily choices, and write the vision the next chapter answers to.

  • One promise to yourself kept daily
  • Say the vision out loud once a week
