No. Concierge medicine is a membership based relationship that provides enhanced physician access and services. Patients should maintain health insurance for hospital care, emergency care, specialist services, imaging, procedures, and other covered medical expenses.

Can I keep my current primary care physician?

Yes. Some patients use Therapoint as their primary physician relationship, while others maintain another physician and use Therapoint for concierge care, prevention, optimization, or coordination.

Are laboratory tests included?

Laboratory testing is billed separately unless a specific test is listed as included in a membership agreement or promotional offer.

Can you bill my insurance?

The answer depends on the service, the practice billing model, the laboratory, and the patient's insurance plan. This section is editable so Therapoint can state its final insurance and billing policy before publication.

Are medications included?

No. Prescription medications, hormone medications, peptide medications, GLP 1 medications, supplements, and pharmacy charges are generally billed separately.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Eligibility depends on the expense and the patient's plan. Patients should consult their HSA or FSA administrator or tax professional.

Can I cancel my membership?

Do you guarantee results?

No. Medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Recommendations and results vary based on the patient, diagnosis, treatment, adherence, and other factors.

Do you provide emergency care?

Concierge messaging and physician access do not replace emergency services. Patients experiencing a medical emergency should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
